Weekly Habit Tracker Printable — free PDF

Ten habit rows, seven days of checkboxes, one rewarding page for the fridge. Write your habits at the start of the week, then check them off one square at a time.

What's included on the page

  • 10 habit rows × 7 day checkboxes — a full Sun–Sat grid (or Mon–Sun, your choice) with room to write each habit by hand.
  • Month line in the header — keep finished sheets in a binder and flip back through your progress.
  • Notes & rewards box — record what worked, what slipped, and what you'll treat yourself to when the week is complete.
  • Recolorable design — pick an accent color to match your planner or your mood.

How to use it

  1. Pick paper size and week start day, then click Print / Save as PDF. Print a small stack.
  2. On Sunday (or Monday), write 4–6 habits in the left column — no more than six until tracking becomes automatic.
  3. Each evening, check off what you did. Empty squares are information, not failure.
  4. At week's end, fill the notes & rewards box: one line about what worked, one small reward earned.

Habit ideas to get you started

Not sure what to track? Popular first-week choices: move 20 minutes, drink 8 glasses of water, read 10 pages, no phone in bed, plan tomorrow tonight. For a bigger list grouped by theme — health, focus, home, mindset — see our habit tracker ideas guide.

FAQ

How many habits should I track per week?

Four to six is the sweet spot. The grid holds ten rows, but tracking fewer habits means each one actually gets your attention — and a completed week feels motivating instead of embarrassing.

Weekly or monthly habit tracker — which is better?

Weekly trackers are better for building new habits: seven days feels achievable, and the weekly review keeps you honest. Monthly grids work well later, for maintaining routines you've already locked in.

Can I write my habits on the sheet after printing?

Yes — the habit rows are intentionally blank lines. Write your own habits at the start of the week, then check them off day by day. Nothing is pre-filled, so the same printable fits any goal.
