Undated Weekly Planner — free printable PDF
No pre-printed dates, no wasted pages. This undated weekly planner works for any week of any year — customize the layout, print a stack, and you're set for months.
What's included on the page
- Seven undated day columns — Monday to Sunday (or Sunday first, your choice) with ruled space to write each day's plan.
- A mini month calendar — the signature of a true undated planner. Leave it blank and write the day numbers by hand, or pick a month in the panel above and the dates fill themselves in — one click prints a whole stack with the correct calendar.
- A “Top 3 Goals” box — decide what the week is really about before you fill in the days.
- An optional mini habit tracker — building a routine? Toggle it on and check off up to five habits across the week.
- A notes strip — for the admin that doesn't belong to any single day: errands, reminders, shopping lists.
- No preset week label — a truly undated sheet. Nothing is printed at the top unless you type a custom header yourself.
How to use it
- Choose your paper size (A4 or US Letter) and week start day in the panel above.
- Optionally type a header such as “w/c 13 May” — or keep it blank for a fully undated sheet.
- Click Print / Save as PDF. Print 5–10 copies at once so a fresh week is always within reach.
- On Sunday evening, fill the goals box first, then spread your plans across the seven days.
Why undated beats dated
Dated planners go stale the moment you skip a week — the empty pages keep staring at you. An undated weekly planner has zero guilt built in: skip a week, turn the page, start again. It's also cheaper (one design, unlimited prints) and more flexible, because vacation weeks and holiday weeks get exactly as many pages as they need: one.
FAQ
What does “undated” weekly planner mean?
It means the page has no pre-printed dates. You write the week label yourself, so the same printable works for any week of any year — you never need to buy a new planner in January.
Can I reuse the same undated planner every week?
Yes — that is the point. Print a small stack once, keep it by your desk, and grab a fresh sheet every Sunday. The layout never goes out of date.
How does the blank month calendar work?
At the top of each month, write the day numbers 1–31 into the empty calendar grid — this takes one minute. From then on, every weekly page you print also shows the whole month at a glance, without the sheet ever being tied to a specific year. Prefer not to write them yourself? Pick a month in the “Mini calendar dates” dropdown and the numbers are printed in for you, correctly aligned — ideal when you print several copies at once.
Can I type the dates in before printing?
You can type a custom header (like “w/c 13 May” or “Week 19”) in the Header text field, and it will be printed at the top of the sheet. The day columns stay blank for handwriting.
